We’re proud to share that Loanworks has won Best Industry Service at the 2026 Australian Mortgage Awards.
The category recognises the provider that adds the most value to its customers’ businesses, judged on the past 12 months across four criteria: the provider’s value proposition; how much the industry needs the service; the value it has added for customers; and the organisation’s overall commitment to them.
Thank you to our customers for their trust and partnership. And to the Loanworks team, whose deep industry experience, expertise and commitment to excellence is behind this outstanding result.
Here’s how we think we measured up.
Our value proposition is simple. We serve more than 37 banks, non-banks, aggregators and mortgage managers, with over $2 billion in loan volume processed every month. One Australian-built platform takes a loan from origination through to settlement and commissions, with no handoffs between systems. It has:
- Built-in Document Intelligence that reduces information requests and supports BID evidencing inside the file
- Native multi-brand architecture, with clients already running multiple brands in production
- 30+ out-of-the-box integrations, so lenders build the stack what suits them
- SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, with all data hosted in Australia
The industry needs this service. Brokers now write more than 76% of new residential home loans. Manual file handling and re-keying can cost brokers up to 10 hours a week, and approvals can take 3 to 15 business days. Add the heavier evidence burden under ASIC’s Best Interests Duty and the pressure of ADI consolidation, and the gap is clear.
It delivers for customers. Clients report up to a 40% reduction in manual processing time. A non-bank lender cut its commission run from around a week to about two days, so brokers are paid faster and chase less. An ADI with no true digital channel now has a direct-to-customer solution, with 70% fewer manual touchpoints and a 40% lift in digital volume.
We’re committed to the long haul. Loanworks Quantum was co-designed with our top five customers over multiple iteration cycles, before any code was written. Every client has a named Customer Success contact and a monthly governance forum, backed by 24/7 support, and 99.9% uptime. Our R&D team is now building an agentic AI capability that turns supporting documents into a digital experience inside Origination.
