As Operations Team Leader, Albus is responsible for overseeing all of Loanworks’ lending operations, including settlements, payments, collections and loan variations.
He manages our internal resources to ensure the efficient delivery of high quality products and services, trains the lending team on any new regulations or procedures, and analyses and improves existing processes to improve quality of service. Not surprisingly, this role requires an excellent understanding of all aspects of mortgage lending.
Prior to joining Loanworks in January, 2023, Albus held roles as an accountant, a customer care officer, and a mortgage specialist for Resimac, and he has a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
