As part of our commitment to fostering continuous learning and genuine connection across all our teams, members from our Sydney development team recently spent time at our Manila office, working alongside our offshore development, QA, and support teams.

During the visit, we participated in comprehensive DevOps training to enhance deployment efficiency and strengthen CI/CD practices while our QA team continued with automation training sessions to uplift our automation capabilities.

Understanding that domain knowledge is just as important as technical skills, we facilitated commission diagnosis sessions to deepen the team’s understanding of commission-related issues, and conducted a monitoring training overview to boost incident response readiness.

Breaking Down Silos

Great products aren’t built in isolation—they’re built by teams that communicate openly and work together seamlessly. During our visit, we worked on cross-team interaction between development and support engineers to improve issue resolution, accelerate knowledge transfer, and create a more cohesive working environment.

We also held strategic planning sessions with our Human Resource and Training partners to align on capability development initiatives and refine onboarding strategies to ensure every new team member is set up for success from day one.
